Launched on 20th September 2010, at the Nottingham Gateway Hotel we have branded our conference and event services as Signature Conferences at the Nottingham Gateway Hotel, celebrating the Best of British. With a focus on quality and excellence, our friendly and professional staff will ensure that your event is given the attention it needs to make it successful to both conference organisers and their delegates.
We now have a 3-tier system in place when quoting day delegate rates. For organisers working to a tight budget, we offer a Value Day Delegate package. This package is simplified by offering a Picnic Bag Menu which is a twist on the standard working lunch, to be eaten in the main meeting room. Our Classic Day Delegate package is classic to British conferencing allowing your delegates to enjoy their day with all the essential elements you would expect in a day delegate package. Our new break upgrades include our Love It or Hate It Break, New Forest Ice Cream Break, Healthy Break, or Cup Cake break, offering the finest quality products providing your delegates with an experience to remember. Our Luxury Day Delegate package is our most luxurious package including the choice of our new Best of British and Beyond Hot Cups Menus. Our Hot Cup lunch option is a brilliant alternative to a Knife and Fork buffet or finger buffet - a relaxed way of eating, served in ceramic cups and designed to eat standing up, perfectly suited to product launches, exhibitions and networking events. Options include, Strips of Roast Beef in Horseradish Gravy with Roast Potato and Yorkshire Pudding, Spinach & Ricotta Tortellini with Tomato & Basil Sauce, followed by a choice of dessert options including Eton Mess or Apple Crumble with Custard.
Through focusing on quality, we have added some touches in the meeting rooms to delight our organisers and delegates to ensure our venue is memorable. With a focus on the Best of British, we have used many British brands to celebrate the great products that are produced in the UK, including Robinsons Lemon Barley Water and Ribena along with Best of British Sweets including traditional favourites like Jelly Babies, Vanilla Flavoured Fudge, and Mint Humbugs. For our lunch menus, our Head Chef has chosen traditional regional dishes from British counties from Devon & Cornwall, to Lincolnshire & Leicestershire, creating menus that include signature dishes from Britain.
The Nottingham Gateway Hotel boasts 13 purpose-built conference rooms all with natural daylight, air-conditioning, and wireless broadband connections. Built in the early 1990's, the hotel is AA 3-star rated. The hotel has a prime locations, situated strategically just off the M1 motorway and 3.5 miles from the bustling city centre.
The hotel has 250 free car parking spaces. You can catch a tram into Nottingham city centre, with Nottingham Express Transit spur line running to Phoenix Park, a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel has 108 bedrooms which are decorated in a fresh modern style, all with en-suite facilities. Bows Gallery Restaurant offered European style menus, or a traditional Carvery which is always a popular choice. If you need somewhere to relax, take a booth in Strings Bar, where you can borrow a book from our library, read the paper, or browse the internet.
