Our Services

  • Venue Finding Service – this is a free service where we source and confirm the most suitable venue to meet your requirements, negotiating competitive rates.

  • Proposal – we will produce a comprehensive proposal meeting both budgetary and event objectives.

  • Co-ordinate site visits – full co-ordination of site visits to ensure that the most suitable venue is selected for the event.

  • Venue Co-ordination – Findmeaconference would have full contact with the venue and co-ordination of the programme to ensure that the venue is fully briefed on your requirements and expectations.

  • Entertainment & Speaker co-ordination – we can assist in generating ideas and sourcing suitable suppliers for the conference.

  • Co-ordination and liaison of Event Suppliers – we can communicate with all of the event suppliers so that you only have “One” point of contact.

  • Transport co-ordination – as an additional service we can liase and co-ordinate all transport arrangements to and from the venue.

  • Consolidation of bills – we can provide you with one bill for the event by reconciling all of the invoices from the venue and suppliers.*

  • Management Information – the key organisers can be provided with management information of all events taking place.*

  • On the Day – as part of the service an event manager would be on hand for the event set up and during the event. The event manager would co-ordinate event suppliers and provide a liaison contact for the venue, dealing with any queries that might occur.*

  • Post event evaluation – after the event has taken place, we will compile a full evaluation, providing information and feedback on the event.*

In addition to the above event management services, Findmeaconference can also provide support for the registration and management of delegates attending the event:

  • Personalised event web page – with our in-house IT department, we have the facility to design a personalised event web page for your event, providing guests with the facility to register online and view information about the event – entertainment, location, transport, etc.*

  • Invitations – as soon as the layout, content and style has been agreed, we will mail these out to your customers, reducing your administration resources.*

  • Online registration – guests will be able to register online for the event through your personalised event web page. This will enable us to manage your guest list, providing your key organisers with access and regular updates. We can also offer registration over the telephone through a dedicated telephone number.*

  • Co-ordinating replies – we will process all replies to the event, therefore updating the database of attendees.*

  • Tickets and Information – following your guidelines, we will mail invitations and any relevant information to the guests as and when required.*

  • Hotel Reservations Service – as an additional option, if delegates require overnight accommodation we can organise the booking at pre-arranged discounted rates.
