description

Take a look at the Barbican cinemas and you'll find modern, comfortably appointed and well-equipped environments that are perfect for the most sophisticated presentations.

Thoughtfully designed with raked seating for good sight lines, each cinema has air-conditioning and generous seating to ensure the comfort of delegates whilst maintaining their involvement.

The cinemas have projection rooms, simultaneous translation booths and, unlike many other presentation cinemas, include the service of a dedicated technician. There is also fully integrated stage lighting and two sound rigs in each of the cinemas which can be adapted to the individual needs of the client.

A complete range of data and video projection equipment is available and, along with any additional audio-visual requirements, will be installed and supported by the Centre's in-house technical staff. Hire and installation of equipment is therefore conveniently channelled through one source.

This on-site technical support, combined with the capacity to stage video-conferencing and satellite links, offers organisers all the facilities and expertise needed to stage even the most demanding conferencing event.

All three cinemas are equipped with stages and presentation lecterns, whilst the seats in Cinema 3 are complete with retractable writing tablets.

Two of the cinemas are conveniently situated on either side of the conference rooms ensuring that syndicate and catering areas are just a short walk away.

Each cinema rental includes a projection screen, PA system, three cabled microphones and a dedicated technician. The Barbican cinemas provide all the resources needed to communicate more efficiently and effectively.
