"The venue was brilliant, and really worth the money, we have previously held AGM's at hotels (the Marriott and Crowne plaza) that have been significantly more expensive, but the Robin Hood Suite was functional, professional and worked really well for it's purpose for a good price. The way it was set up was brilliant (chairs, tables, staging, signage etc) and the emails between us before hand made it easy to communicate our needs and requirements which were all met to a high standard. The suite is so versatile and looked completely different to when when we first viewed it - it worked very well for professional conference style, as well as obviously great for parties etc. The staff were brilliant - so helpful, friendly and efficient which really contributed to the smooth running of the day. We were really pleased with the whole event, and our Chief Exec said 'This venue is brilliant, it reminds me of my old Villa days'...?! I presume that's a good thing?! All in all a well organised, smooth running event with extremely helpful staff for a good price! So thank you for all your hard work in helping us with a successful event."

"The whole morning went really well. Kim was so helpful and anything we asked for was sorted as quickly as possible. She even saved us some yummy bacon sarnies so they were hot when we finished! My colleagues who had skipped breakfast were very happy with that! We would definitely come back to you next time we are in Nottingham.
