"I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the service and attention that I received on Tuesday when I ran my training event at the Oxford Spires Four Pillars. I use many different hotels for running events like this and I have to say that your hotel was outstanding from the outset: ? Booking the venue and dealing with you and the sales staff was very good before the day ? The time and care taken to ensure everything was set up properly on the day was excellent ? The person who looked after us during the day was first-class and very attentive (can’t remember his name I’m afraid) ? Every little need I had during the day was never a problem and dealt with promptly and professionally ? The venue, facilities and equipment provided was excellent ? The restaurant staff were very professional, efficient and friendly ? The food was excellent (this was agreed by all the attendees) ? All refreshment break drinks arrived in good time and I didn’t have to chase them at all "
