Hillscourt offers first class catering with standards of service which would be the envy of many larger establishments. Breakfast is served on a hot and cold buffet basis, offering a wide variety of options enabling guests to have as little or as much as they wish. Conference lunches are also served buffet style offering a range of hot dishes followed by a sweet and tea or coffee.
A three course table d'hote dinner is served in the evening allowing delegates the chance to relax after a busy day.
While vegetarians are always well catered for at Hillscourt, any special diet can be accommodated with prior notice and our chef will be happy discuss any requirements you may have.
