The only place for location - situated on the Embankment, on the River Thames and just five minutes' walk from our doorstep, you have got Covent Garden, Embankment and Blackfriars stations. That's five tube lines: Piccadilly, Circle, District, Northern and Bakerloo; you've also got two mainline stations: Charing Cross and Waterloo within walking distance, as well as a selection of NCP car parks.
The only place for service - once you reserve with us, we reserve you an account manager. Someone who knows the place inside-out, who'll be there for you, whenever you need them; from day one, to the day, or night, of your function. And, by the way, they're more than just a someone, you have their name, direct line and email address too.
The only place to present - in our main lecture theatre you can present to nearly 500 people. They can respond, too, thanks to microphones in their armrests. For perfect acoustics we've lined the walls with mahogany (not to mention eight original oils of world-renowned engineers). And our stage furniture would be at home on Question Time. Our expert Audio Visual team is on hand both before and during your presentation.
The only place to exhibit - we think there's something a little Tate Modern about our Lancaster Room. There are none of our art deco features here. Instead, we've given it a minimal neutral feel. Ideal for exhibitions and presentation, for when you want to show off your work or get your message across.
The only place to meet - there are many and varied meeting rooms at Savoy Place. Just let us know the reason you want to meet, and we'll show you the right one. You may be having an AGM or a product launch. Or, perhaps you've already had a very special meeting and want to arrange a follow up, we can even arrange that too.
