This large flexible area can be arranged to suit a variety of events and host up to 200 delegates. The Exeter suite is the largest meeting room in the Strand Conference and Events area. The suite can be used accommodate up to 250 theatre style or a lunch/dinner for 180. The facility also has the flexibility to be split into two meeting rooms, with capacity for between 45-50 classroom style. A further 9 rooms are located in close proximity for private dining, breakouts or separate meetings with a capacity up to 80 for a reception. The conference facilities are centered off a reception area, ideal for pre-event networking or as a catering breakout facility.
