The conference centre is located on Euston Road, London. Within a short walk of Euston, Kings Cross and St. Pancras International stations making it one of the best connected venues in the Europe. The conference centre is housed within Wellcome Collection a public venue, which provides a backdrop of contemporary art and through-provoking exhibits based around medicine. Events held here will gain impact from the stunning surroundings, which combine fresh, modern spaces with the original 1930's grandeur.
A variety of spaces are available for private hire from our awe inspiring Henry Wellcome Auditorium which offers tiered seating for 154 delegates, a selection of seminar rooms for between 12 and 70 delegates through to our thought-provoking Medicine Now gallery which can accommodate evening receptions for up to 200 guests. The Medicine Now gallery looks at a range of different areas medicine ranging from obesity to the human genome and this provides a unique backdrop and talking points for the most lively of networking sessions. All of our conference spaces can be hired individually or on an exclusive hire basis for either full day or part day room hire or for a day delegate package.
Our conference rooms all include state of the art AV as well as complementary wifi ensuring all of your needs are taken care of. We work closely with a range of AV and technical support companies and we would be more than happy to discuss any specific requests that you may have such as staging lighting and technical support.
Our menus have been carefully crafted with our in-house catering team to pick the best of local produce and to provide mouth watering menus to keep delegates energised during the day and canapés and dinner menu to enable them to relax and unwind. We can offer a range of options for breakfast meetings through to drinks receptions and private screenings. We have had a number of product launches within the venue and individual food and drinks needs can be discussed with the team.
