Twickenham Experience is the official provider of conference, banqueting and exhibition facilities at Twickenham Stadium. The Stadium has 10 main function rooms that can host up to 250 theatre style and 300 for a dinner dance and over 150 executive boxes that are perfect for small meetings for up 26 people. The stadium is licenced to hold civil wedding ceremonies and Christmas party packages are available for up to 300 people.
At Twickenham Experience, our aim is to ensure you get the most from your time at the stadium. Every event is allocated a dedicated Event Manager who will work with you in the build up to your event through to the day of your event and beyond. From providing assistance with your event planning to organising audio visual equipment and celebrity guest speakers, our staff are always on hand to ensure your event is a success.

Go behind the scenes and experience Twickenham from the player's point of view with a private tour of the stadium or soak up rugby's history and learn how Billy Williams' Cabbage Patch was first developed for the sport with a visit to the Museum of Rugby.
