have full contact with the venue and co-ordination of the programme
to ensure that the venue is fully briefed on your requirements
and expectations.
Entertainment & Speaker co-ordination – we
can assist in generating ideas and sourcing suitable suppliers
for the conference.
Co-ordination and liaison of Event Suppliers – we
can communicate with all of the event suppliers so that you
only have “One” point of contact.
Transport co-ordination – as an additional
service we can liase and co-ordinate all transport arrangements
