All meals and breaks delivered where, when and how you want them – any that are not will be removed from your bill

The organiser will be offered the best room available at the hotel, assistance with bags and where possible, reserved parking – or you don’t pay for the organiser’s room

Voucher rewards are payable when contracts are signed and vouchers are awarded on the value of the booking at the time of confirmation. Only one voucher claim can be made per booking. Vouchers cannot be claimed by both the agent and booker for the same booking. These incentives supersede all previous Meet Barceló incentives. No cash or alternative gift is available. All voucher claims must be made within 14 days of an event or meeting being confirmed. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Barceló UK reserves the right to withdraw or vary the offer at any time. Minimum benefit value based on £5,000 worth of definite business.
