The Haynes International Motor Museum is not only home to the UK's largest and most spectacular exhibition of the greatest cars from around the world; it is also one of the South West's premier venues for conferences, functions and events. Nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of the South Somerset countryside and conveniently positioned adjacent to the A303, the Museum is easy to find from any location. Centrally located between Bristol, Salisbury, Bournemouth and Exeter, it is an ideal venue for serving the South Western and Southern regions of the UK and has plenty of free on-site parking.
The Museum has a range of rooms that are ideal for large or small conferences. The Merlin Suite offers leading edge technology with a designer interior for conferences up to 400 delegates theatre style or 250 delegates cabaret style. The Camelot Suite houses four rooms ideal for smaller meetings, breakout or syndicate rooms. Light and airy they benefit from air-conditioning and an independent external entrance.
Our in-house catering team provide delicious food and refreshments for any scale or budget, with the flexibility of tailoring a menu to your individual requirements. We can also provide a range of motoring related Xperiences for staff reward days or team building days, as part of corporate hospitality packages.
