Ladies dust down your feather boas and gents reach for your top hats and canes, as Edgbaston cricket ground and JD Parties officially unveil their ‘Puttin’ on the Ritz’ party nights for Christmas 2010. In an exclusive two-year partnership, the companies have joined forces to offer partygoers in the West Midlands a Christmas spectacular not to be missed, as they host a series of 1930’s Hollywood-themed nights in November and December, in the Jaguar Club. Tickets for the events are on sale now and priced at £59.50. Guests can enjoy a three course meal while viewing a swinging cabaret show – 1930’s style! Throughout the evening, novelties and competitions will aid the guests’ enjoyment and encourage them to get fully immersed in the action and, after the show, a DJ will take to the decks. For those fancying a flutter, there is even a fun charity casino. There are a series of ‘Puttin’ on the Ritz’ events planned at Edgbaston with the event premiere, including a champagne reception, planned for Friday 26th November. Additional dates cover every Thursday, Friday and Saturday until December 18th and culminate on Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd December.
