Reading FC Conference & Events is based at the Madejski Stadium, is the largest conference venue in the Thames Valley which offers extensive and versatile facilities, whether you are organising a meeting, conference, exhibition, drinks reception or dinner.

Perfectly located on Junction 11 of the M4 motorway and has easy links to London and beyond, via the rail network.

We have a total of 39 Conference Suites and can cater for a wide spectrum of events. This ranges from our largest room, The Princess Suite, which holds a capacity of 600 people and includes a built in PA system and controllable lighting effects, air conditioning and a complimentary breakout space, The Windsor Lounge, which is ideal for exhibition stands, catering and a bar area, to our 28 Executive Suites, which each hold up to 10 people boardroom and all, overlook the impressive Madejski Stadium pitch.
