Ye Olde Griffin

The Griffin Hotel is a fine example of a 16th Century Coaching Inn, steeped in history and tradition. The Griffin Hotel is undoubtedly one of the oldest and most interesting hotels in the Fen country. Originally it was a private residence dating back some four hundred years. Later it became Ye Olde Griffin Inn, and during the coaching era was famous for miles around. The 'Griffin' is a family run Hotel with the emphasis on comfortable ensuite accommodation and superb food. The hotel is ideally suited for visitors wishing to explore the Fens of East Anglia. In addition, businessmen are specially catered for with services such as direct dial telephones, early breakfast, fax and photocopying machines, and meeting rooms equipped with a comprehensive range of audiovisual equipment. Our Function Suite is licensed for 200 persons and is the perfect venue for that special anniversary, birthday or wedding reception.
