Welford Road Stadium is less than 10 minute walk from Leicester Train Station, and is just a few miles from junction 21 of the M1 and easily accessible via A6 and A47, allowing visitors from North, South, East and West to easily make their way to the conference venue.

Following the development of the multi-million pound Caterpillar Stand in October 2009, this conference venue in Leicester now boasts the largest venue of its kind in the East Midlands.

Situated within the Caterpillar Stand of Leicester Tigers is the Premiership Suite, spanning 1200sq metres. This can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for dinner or 1,500 delegates for a conference, but for optimum flexibility can be divided by sound proofed screens into three areas.

Also situated within this stand is our exhibition hall which covers an area of 900sq metres, conveniently situated on the ground floor with direct and level access from the main entrance including access large enough for a car.
