Situated amongst the Peak District countryside, Darwin Lake Holiday Village is perfect for businesses, families and friends organising group events. Our Holiday Village includes our beautiful Darwin Hall, which can hold up to 130 people on either floor and our village accommodates up to 116 guests in our Peak District Cottages. We have teamed up with fantastic local providers and pride ourselves on giving you accommodation and activity packages, tailored to meet your unique goals and exceed your expectations.

The perfect place for your event in tranquil surroundings with private grounds, including a beautiful lake and woodlands. There are also 16 beautiful stone-built cottages at Darwin Lake Village with room for all your guests, for a weekend, mid-week or weekly stay.

Our team building activities include canoeing on our lake or local rivers, raft building and bush craft, as well as door and outdoor games such as Crystal Maze and It’s a Knockout. We also host classes, such as cocktail making, and hold murder mystery events. Venturing a little further afield, we organise rock climbing, caving, cycling, hiking and guided walks in the local Peak District National Park, and visits to nearby attractions such as Alton Towers, Chatsworth and other stately homes.
