"We had a fantastic couple of days thank you. You and the team were amazing! The reception ladies were brilliant and made the check in very smooth which is a big help when some of the team have really long distances to travel. The lady that checked me in after midnight on the Sunday/Monday morning was so efficient. First impressions count and as I approached reception she greeted me with a smile and everything was ready for me. The hospitality team were also incredible the gentleman that looked after us for the two days was so helpful. He made sure everything was in place tea and coffee and even sorting the air conditioning! I have had some great feedback from the team. All the rooms were great and also the food. In summary I cannot thank you all enough. I arrange two of these events a year but they all need to be in different locations and this has been by far the best. I would really appreciate it if you would pass on my thanks to the team that looked after us. I have never known such a polite friendly bunch you are all an absolute credit to the Hallmark Group. "
