Newbury Racecourse

Newbury Racecourse in Berkshire is one of the finest sporting venues in the UK, offering a truely distinctive destination for any style of event.

Ideally situated in the centre of Southern England, Newbury Racecourse is located 5 minutes from Junction 13 of the M4 and boasts a main line rail station adjacent to the course with direct connections to London Paddington and the West Country. There are over 3,000 car parking spaces available on-site.

The Royal Box at Newbury Racecourse is now available for hire and provides the perfect venue for that extra special celebration, exclusive wedding, board meeting or high level business conference. The Royal Box provides an extra special dimension to an already special venue and can cater for up to 80 guests.

The racecourse is superbly manicured and offers a range of flexible indoor and outdoor spaces for your event, whether it's for a meeting, an extravagant party or wedding, and international trade fair or glittering award ceremony.

The Grandstand features column-free exhibition spaces on 2 floors with glassed walls and panoramic views overlooking the racecourse. The Grandstand can accommodate up to 550 for a dinner, or 1000 on the ground floor for conferences and exhibitions.

Our Hampshire stand's Hennessy is a luxury room that can hold smaller meetings and dinners for up to 250 and with the recent additions of the luxury champagne bar and wine cellar on the ground floor this is the ideal venue for reception drinks.

The Berkshire stand's concourse has also been rennovated revently and is ideal for smaller exhibitions and meetings.

Christmas party nights 2012 at the racecourse are now released: Licensed to Thrill, Casino Royale. Party in true 007 style with a themed reception area with casino tables, live music, four course meal and themed disco!
