The Holiday Inn Bexley offers easy access to the A2 and M25 motorway network and has 200 car parking spaces for guests. The hotel is also close to Bexley rail station with direct service into central London.

The Holiday Inn London Bexley boasts extensive conference facilities featuring our 8 Academy meeting rooms for up to 140 delegates. Our Black Prince Suite can cater for 140 guests in a theatre layout or up to 70 for front facing cabaret. We have four syndicate rooms which are perfect for boardroom meetings of up to 12 guest or as breakout rooms for larger conferences. Our Edwards Suite can cater for 60 guests cabaret style or 40 in a classroom layout. This suite has natural day light and lovely views onto the hotel gardens. All of our rooms have access to Wi- Fi and air conditioning control panels.

Our breakout area is the perfect area to network over our delicious working buffet lunches or take a break and have a tea or a coffee. Our breakout area is situated next to our patio and gardens, where your delegates can stretch their legs and have some fresh air.



Environmental Policy

Waste
Since 2017, we’re proud to have removed 2 million pieces of single-use plastic per year, continuing to exclude them from the supply chain where possible. We have already switched over 70 products from single-use plastic to recyclable or compostable materials, with a view to increase this further.

Energy
100% of the electricity we consume is sourced from renewable energy.
The majority of our hotels have a combined heat & power (CHP) production unit which reduces emissions by up to 30% and is recognised by the government as an energy efficient device.
Over 50% of the light fittings we use are LED, with the continued rollout focussing on car parks and lobbies where lights can burn resource for many hours.

Travel
75% of our monthly business reviews now take place online. We also conduct screening interviews virtually and communicate without travel whenever possible.

Partners
We undertake rigorous assessments of existing and proposed partners, auditing modern slavery, WTD and fair pay, environmental credentials and DDA compliance.

Supply chain
All existing and proposed new suppliers are asked to provide a CSR statement or policy outlining their approach to sustainability and progress on reducing their impact and/or contributing to the community.
