Quarterhouse

Quarterhouse is the purpose built new performing arts and business centre in the heart of Folkestone's Creative Quarter. Opened in March 2009 the venue houses an auditorium for audiences up to 250 seated or 450 standing with 3 bars, a contemporary restaurant and 17 business units and meeting rooms. Quarterhouse is available for organisations, groups and individuals to hire for performances, events, conferences and exhibitions. The venue also hosts a lively arts and festivals programme organised by the Creative Foundation. Auditorium - 216sqm available in a number of configurations Standing events: 450 standing capacity Seated events with balcony: 250 seating capacity Seated events at tables: 120 capacity (15 tables of 8) Business Units and Meeting Rooms Contemporary business units on the top floor of the building are available to rent. Units range from 13sqm to 34sqm and cost from £60 + VAT per week inclusive of rates and services. Meeting rooms are also available to hire from £10 per hour. Vasa @ Quarterhouse Vasa @ Quarterhouse offers modern Mediterranean-style dining for 40 covers in the bar/restaurant on the first floor of the building.
