A hotel totally focused on the needs of the modern traveller. Reeds health club & spa available to all resident guests. This outstanding hotels offers exceptional accommodation. The Forest conference and banqueting suite with the adjoining Ebony lounge provides the ideal conference venue with the award winning Orchard restaurant and Library bar being an ideal area in which to relax and unwind. Resident guests may use Reeds Health Club & Spa, a stunning state of the art health club, a unique sensory experience.
The training and conference facilities make us one of the premier venues for meetings in the East Midlands; located on the borders of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire and just six miles from Loughborough. FREE Wi-Fi and LCD’s are included in our delegate packages. FREE car parking is offered for all delegates. Air-conditioning and natural daylight are standard in all our main meeting rooms.
The Forest conference and banqueting suite can cater for up to 330 delegates theatre style, and each individual section of the suite - Arden/ Charnwood and Sherwood can hold up to 90 delegates theatre style. The Ash room with its own terrace and private bar and the Mulberry room completes our portfolio of larger meeting rooms, whilst specially designed boardrooms and syndicate rooms are available for meetings of 14 or less.
Tea and coffee breaks are catered for in the Ebony lounge within the Forest Suite where we can serve finger buffets as an alternative to our restaurant hot and cold buffet lunches.
