Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa is the perfect conference venue.
The hotel is conveniently located a short drive from Oxford, within easy reach of transport links to London, Birmingham and the M40.
The resort is set in 134 acres of beautiful Oxfordshire Countryside and offers 52 well-appointed deluxe bedrooms, which is very popular in our 24 hour delegate offering. Some ground floor rooms have their own small patio area and many of the first floor rooms have views overlooking the rolling fairways and greens or overlooking the courtyard garden.
We boast up to 7 conference rooms. We welcome small bookings for interviews, general occasions and board meetings as well as enjoy hosting large events, presentations, product launches, private dinners and corporate banquets and Christmas parties.
One of our suites can seat up to 300 guests theatre style. We have a variety of food offerings and locations to dine including breakout rooms, a lounge, a brasserie, sports bar or modern restaurant overlooking the Golf Course Lake and Fountain. All meeting areas have natural daylight, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Many conference aids are included in our packages however we can also arrange the hire of other necessities via our recommended and reliable suppliers.
With a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, fitness rooms and over 3 acres of land at our disposal we can assist in delivering excellent Team Building events and benefiting from onsite golf coaches or fitness instructors. We have recently made available “boot camp” to some of our regular delegates.
If you would prefer to unwind and recover from the mental strain of the day our Health Club and Spa come highly recommend. The Forest of Wellbeing provides perfect relaxation areas, a pool, sauna, solarium and steam rooms.
