With space for up to 750 in the main Inchyra Suite, it’s an elegant venue for large conferences, product launches, corporate dinners and association meetings.
Even better, it’s just two minutes from junction 5 of the M9. Just around half an hour is all it takes to reach Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling, while you can be at Edinburgh Airport in only 25 minutes.

OUR FACILITIES

Macdonald Inchyra provides flexible and spacious meeting and conference space, easily be tuned to suit your specific needs.
The six meeting rooms are comfortably furnished, naturally lit and benefit from air conditioning.
The showpiece Inchyra Suite has been purpose built to accommodate large conferences and exhibitions, and can divide into two sound-proof spaces, each able to host up to 300 delegates.
Our functional boardrooms and charming meeting rooms, some with original manor house detail, provide a range of choices depending on your event.
We are delighted that two of our most popular meeting rooms have recently been refurbished. In particular our stunning Kerse executive boardroom now hosts up to 16 delegates and comes with ClickShare technology allowing you to simply share multiple laptop or mobile devices on our main presentation screen via WiFi. No need for messy cables! A great way to enhance your meetings and presentations and make sharing easier – all with a simple click.
There’s free WiFi throughout and the option to add dedicated bandwidth up to 100 MBs per second, and the state of the art technical extras you’d expect from a modern, well equipped conference venue.
When it’s time to call it a day, there are 102 luxurious bedrooms and our impressive spa, swimming pool and sauna.
Further afield, you’re only ten minutes’ drive from the spectacular Kelpies equine sculptures, golf, culture, history and an array of team building opportunities are on the doorstep.
