All superbly appointed meeting rooms are located in a self contained area on the ground floor adjacent to a dedicated Conference Reception and Business Centre. With a range of room sizes and configurations as well as dedicated and experienced support team, you can have the confidence that all the essentials are in place to make your event in Gatwick/Crawley a success. Each meeting room is air-conditioned and equipped with mood lighting controls, black out screens and audio/visual equipment. Our smaller meeting rooms all offer data projectors and screens whilst our meeting facilities offer your event 55” plasma screens, a 75" plasma screen in the Executive Boardroom and 2 x LCD Projectors and drop down screens in our Longley Suite. What’s more, there is no extra charge for in-situ audio-visual equipment!
